They are held on a computer or as a written record.

Details of clinical consultation and advice/recommendations.
Details of blood tests/any other relevant tests that may be facilitated.

We may use your data to run anonymised audits for quality control.

Your details are completely confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your express permission.
