A Comprehensive Look at your Health       

The Premium Don Medical is a great way to get a comprehensive health check . 

This medical consists of two steps.

1.   30 minute appointment with Health Care Assistant  You will be able to schedule this first appointment online.

• Blood pressure

• ECG (electrocardiogram)

• Blood tests for: 

  • liver function

  • kidney function

  • cholesterol profile 

  • thyroid function

  • bone profile (excluding Vitamin D)

  • glucose and HBA1C

  • full blood count

  • PSA (for men) or CA125 (for women)

   2.​ 20 minute face to face GP appointment 

​

After your appointment with the healthcare assistant has been completed, a member of our administrative team will be in contact to organise your 20 minute GP appointment. We advise at least 5 working days between these appointments, so the blood results will be back to us in time to discuss them thoroughly.

​

Please attend your GP appointment with a urine sample (this kit will be provided in your health care assistant appointment).

​

The GP appointment will consist of a review of the results of the tests taken by the health care assistant, and a general physical examination.

​

Please NOTE: We are not able to refer to NHS services and will not be able to issue an NHS prescription.

​

With your consent, a summary of the consultation will be sent to your own NHS GP to keep your medical records up to date.
