Service Description

A 15 minute face to face GP appointment to discuss a problem you wish to be addressed. This appointment is useful if you only have one concern, giving the GP and yourself the timeto discuss this concern fully and completely. Please NOTE: We are not able to refer to NHS services and will not be able to issue an NHS prescription. Request to book this service online, and a member of our administrative team will be in contact with you to finalise the appointment details.
