Service Description

A 5 minute telephone consultation or email with a GP to follow up on any investigations we have already done for you. This service if useful if you need an update to conclude your treatment from us, or to evaluate if we can provide any other services to you. Please NOTE: We are not able to refer to NHS services and will not be able to issue an NHS prescription. Request to book this service online, and a member of our administrative team will be in contact with you to finalise the appointment details.
